Deep Purple: OPI Siberian Nights and Zoya Mimi

OPI Siberian Nights is a very dark, vampy purple from the Fall 2007 Russian Collection. As a Russian major, that whole collection ranks among my favorites. In low lighting Siberian Nights is almost black, but in the sun you can see it's a rich, glossy plum. This is a swatch with two coats and no topcoat. The formula is very easy to work with.

I added one layer of Zoya Mimi to this swatch. Mimi was part of the Zoya Sparkle collection from Summer 2010. It's a glorious, vibrant purple glass fleck.

These pictures really don't do it justice!

  1. Siberian Nights looks like such a beautiful color, would like to get it one day, I love your swatches, great photos!

  2. You have some seriously awesome photos.....loved this mani, especially with the Zoya over the top.. Great job!

  3. I love Zoya Mimi, since it's the polish with my name! It also happens to be a very beautiful color and I love how you layered it!
